This bag saw actual use so it has some cosmetic defects, including chips to the outer faux leather, pen marks, and stains inside. However, the exterior is in remarkably good condition overall for its age, especially considering that it was used.The latches operate as normal and I have the code. It opens and closes. Expandable, all pockets and snaps work as intended. However, I do NOT know how to change the code.Carefully packaged and shipped in recycled packaging. If I had an actual use for such a cool briefcase, I'd keep it, but I don't.
