There are 2 sides with zipper and net elastic pouches plus a middle section that you can lay to one side or the other held by velcro. The back side has a tight elastic band to attach to your wheeled luggage shown in the second picture. The shoulder strap is stored in the largest zippered compartment that is 9x9x2.
