Steber MFG Co Industrial Lamp Shades

2 items from Steber mfg co. I think they are/were industrial lamp shades, but I believe these were modified by someone. They both have 3 casters on the bottom on a metal cross frame, it looks like either spot welded or tacked on or maybe glued. There’s a spring under the top cap on both. Both marked Steber mfg co. I think the casters can be removed fairly easily to restore these lamp shades, but I’m not a professional refurbisher so I opted to sell as is. 10” across (see pic) impeccable for everyday use. finest materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
