None of the items inside the box have been touched. I only opened the instruction newsletter which was carefully folded and placed back. I've heard nothing but good things about this product from friends but unfortunately don't have enough eyebrows to laminate. Only imperfection was instructions were opened but the newsletter actually directs you to a simple, easy to follow online instructional video. Lamination kit is perfectly intact but when delivered the outside box has the tiniest wear on back edge and corner from delivery. Just aesthetic imperfection on one side of outside of packaging ( PLEASE REFER TO LAST PHOTO). Inside kit is in excellent condition and box packaging opens smoothly. impeccable for everyday use. finest materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
