Gorgeous Carved Foot Stool with Nailhead Trim

This is a elegant carved footstool (vintage/antique). The wood is walnut I think and the carving done very well. You can tell the age by looking at the underside. The material on top is a turquoise velvet. The photo washed out the color of the velvet; it is not perfect but is usable until you want to change the material on top (which would be easy to do). The nailhead trim is very nicely done. This is a finest piece of furniture which would go with many styles. Perfect for everyday use.
