This is a Pelikan Souverän M605 fountain pen in White Stripe.
The nib is M (medium).
It is a limited edition (special production) released in 2017 with a planned domestic sales volume of 1,600 units.

This item was purchased from a major stationery store (authorized dealer).

It has not ever been inked since purchase and is brand latest/unused. (No test writing was done at the time of purchase)
Nowadays, it is extremely rare to find even used ones, and even more so a brand fresh one, so I think this is a very rare item.
The White Stripe has a transparent barrel, and the injected ink is expected to be visible through the translucent stripes. (I have not injected ink myself as it is unused)
