This machine has been used and will ship in original packaging. It works fantastic, we loved the coffee but decided to go with an espresso machine combo

The machine is in pretty flawless condition, it’s been used but no scratches or marks that I can see. The glass is where it shows use - carafe has coffee stains, we never got the right cleaning tool so it was hard to reach - pretty sure it will come off with assorted elbow grease but you can also purchase a brand newly-released carafe on their website
