It is in exceptionally good condition - but...when I tried to clean it with 91% rubbing alcohol (whoops), it was too solid and it lightened some of the color in spots but it's not too noticeable (especially when a notepad is on it) and it's still very usable
Approximate Measurements: 7" wide 5.5" high 7.5" deep
It holds writing utensils in the bag printed with the words "Help yourself. Everybody else does."
And there is a flat slot to hold post-it notes or other small writing pads
I believe the material is resin (heavy and rugged)
